When you submit a vessel lift enquiry or contractor enquiry we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business name, phone number, email address, vessel details, requested works and any files you choose to attach.
How we use it
Information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, to plan and coordinate lifting, hardstand and marine works, and to keep records of the enquiries and work we handle. We do not sell your information.
Storage and access
Enquiries and attachments submitted through this website are stored securely and are not publicly readable. Access is limited to authorised North Coast Shiplift personnel and the service providers who operate our systems on our behalf.
Disclosure
Where you ask us to coordinate work involving other marine trades, we may share relevant vessel and scope information with those contractors for the purpose of carrying out the work.
